about

From Resistorhead, through Tapehead, and ending with what we briefly (but lovingly) referred to as Bellhead.

"Bellhead '99" was the last era (or was it....?) of Tapehead International. This was recorded in Calgary, Alberta between 1997 and 1999. On this fine collection you're hearing Tapehead with Ron the Goat, C. St. Wig, & J. Hop.
All mixable masters for these tracks are trapped on a digital format unavailable to me at the present moment, so these are all stereo cassette mixes (done in 1999) straight to you. These began as 4-tack cassette recordings which I further developed with the aid of an ADAT - and a primitive PC helped with the opener.
As for this last and sketchy era of the Tapehead International -
What the hell eh?
It was almost Y2K.
We were young... we could drink on the run.
